Ingrid - the terminology is a bit confusing, but the 55-57 + the 58-9 dual headlight ["Apache"] are one series of cab that has a unique winshield - the 60-63 series cab has a different windshield, tho similar, and the 60-61 had dual headlights too, dropped in 62 - the 64 up series doesn't have the 'dogleg', so different windshield - the 60-66 series trucks were called "Apache" too, but that name just means 'light duty truck'
so, for a 60 you need a windshield from a 60-63, and there's nothing you can doo about that 'fogging', it's between laminations, and happens to all of them sooner or later - not sure about waaaay over there, but the winshields are available here new
