what's the 'one component' that doesn't work? the only available parts for the TF speedo [same for all model trucks] are the needle, number decals, the bezel, and some places have the clear plastic facepiece - the 125 for a good rebuilt is reasonable if you've opened it up and seen all the breakable pieces inside
other choice is to find one at a swap meet
