| | | | Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,254 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,254 | When I pulled the wings out of my 55 2nd to replace the glass I had the same reaction. Remember that you have them out of your truck. The frame will get bent out of shape. When I put the frames back in the truck I found that I had to bend/staighten the frame to fit the door. I found that when the wing frame was finally screwed back into the door that they staightened out. With a little adjustment on the tension spring you will find that moving the inner frame up and down will play out your gap on top and bottom.
