I forget to mention what it is I just finished . . .
New wire harness (18 circuit)
New gauge cluster (courtesy of Brother’s)

New run for reverse lights (not in yet but it’s there when I’m ready plus on/off controlled by transmission)
Under dash courtesy lights
Before running the new harness I welded in the radio face plate, plug welded several holes in the floor and patched 4X5 whole the PO cut (older tranny shifter maybe). Also, plug welded a few holes on the driver side dash. Then painted it the same color blue and clear coated. Never know I was there.
That’s about it . . . more to come.
If anyone’s interested, I can take some more pics of how I wired up the ignition switch and headlight switch with some descriptions. It might help the next guy/gal given I couldn’t find much and had to do some trial and error (blew one fuse in the process – not bad considering).
