I am converting my 1963 Chevrolet truck to front disc brake and leaving the drums in the rear. My question is can I use the original rear brake lines? I have been told that the proportioning valve has only one line to the rear and on for each side of the front brakes, is this true? Do I need to make new brake lines for the front? Another question please forgive me for asking so many. My rear brake plates do not have a slot to adjust the brake shoes, how do you do it?
