Hail Homer, congrats on the Art Deco GMC! I can appreciate your trouble finding the lower grill, I'm looking for the same thing. I might be able to help with the engine, though. I've got the original still in mine, but it's going to be replaced with a Pontiac V8. It ran the last time I checked , but that was over a year ago. PM me if you'd like, maybe we can pool resources.
