I ran into the same thing last year and asked everybody's opinion.
The fact is the tank is in the cab. Hot day the gas expands. El-drippo !
So as they say, stop filling after the first click. Park in the shade with the windows down.
And I like the one where you fill up at a station far away from home. I do that too!
