I put 50 miles on Viejo today and it was a real joy to drive the old truck again after it being in mothballs for 12 years. The driving was like I remembered, but the wind noise exceeded what my limited memory recalls. Even though I installed insulation barriers the heat too was a bit warmer than I expected.

The generator failed after about 40 miles but other than that things went well. There are still plenty of loose ends to tie up but I'm really excited to be on the road again after such a long sojourn.

But I tried, didn't I? ... At least I did that. RP McMurphy
The past belongs to the future...but only the present can preserve it.
Besides the noble art of getting things done, there is a nobler art of leaving things undone.
