Question 2: There is no one "cheapest" place to get parts. One place will be high on one part and low on the next. Click the "links" link at the top of the page to find suppliers. Most have on-line catalogs you can compare. American Classic, which has the flashing sign at the top of the page, sponsors this site so it would be nice to do business with them.
Someone with experience will be along to help with question 3.
To sell the engine, list it in the "Swapmeet" section.
Also, people will be along shortly urging you to show pictures of your truck. Please post links to them rather than images. Thanks.
