What's the pressure at a hot idle? 80 lbs. from a cold engine isn't terrible, but it will put a strain on the pump drive and distributor gear. If you're getting 80 lbs. hot, you need to reduce the spring tension on the pressure relief valve and pump some of that oil back into the pan.
