Looks like it could be a fun van for the flea market or camping. The engine would be a 230/250/292, measure the height of the side covers behind the distributor, if 6" high it's a 292, if 4" 230/250. IF 230/250 have to check the number on the distributor pad to determine which one. The transmission is probably a SM420 if 4 speed. I'm guessing the wheels are eight lug, so check this thread to find out gear ratio.

Most of your mechanical questions will get answers fairly easy, bt not many of those old vans around. I'd love to fall into one, neat.
