The grill to lower splash pan bolts are #14 hex head sheet metal screws inserted into J-nuts in the splash pan. They're not included in the grill bolt kits. I believe they're 1" length and you can get the J nuts and bolts from Restoration Specialties, among others. I don't have the part # handy right now but I can find it later if you'd like. I seem to recall needing about 20 of them all together for the lower splash pan, 1 on each fender and a couple on the upper baffle. The other bolts are just 5/16" course thread hex head bolts that thread into weld nuts on grill side bars and braces.
The small J nuts and clutch head screws in the kit are for the end of the grill bars, where the inner and outer bars come together.
