#23627 12/08/2001 5:42 PM | Joined: Aug 2000 Posts: 523 Member | | Member Joined: Aug 2000 Posts: 523 | Did you measure the crank pin and the bore of the rod?You need to do that before talking to Carter's......If it looks from those numbers like you should have the right clearance then the problem maybe in the edges of the bearing They maybe too wide or the chanfer is fouling the radius Measure this first...with proper tools NOT PLASTIGAGE!!! | | |
