You could swap the doors, but you need to change the latches, too. Or use those Bear Claw latches. I've seen guys do that swap, but in reverse. They'll put the earlier doors on the later trucks to eliminate the vent window, mainly to try to pass off a '51-'53 as a '47/'48 at the hot rod shows.
