No power steering, so that's out. Wheel bearings were recently replaced. Sound is there when the wheels are spinning, during sharp right turns, on any type of pavement. (It is not the tires squealing against the road...) Almost sounds like rubber against metal, but I can't find any evidence of that. 15" wheels, and tires are not oversize.
