no it's not .... your VIN shows the truck was built in LA, and I wouldn't be suprised if more Cameos were sold in California then elsewhere - why would they ship a complete truck clear across the country when they could get by just shipping some fiberglas panels, the entire truck except for the plastic rear parts was identical to any 1/2T step side, fully optioned
any truck down the line in any of the 10 or 12 plants was either a "standard", spec truck for the lot, or an ordered "job number", assembled to order in among the rest
