Yesterday I had to cut open the front of the drivers door to replace the front part of the hinge mount which had rotted away. It was a bit of delicate surgery working through a small hole but successful. The door is much more stable now and actually closes and opens.
On another note I removed the set screws on the door handles and window cranks but cannot get them off. Before I wreck something does any one have any tricks to remove these???
