Cartman Apprentice C Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 20 Arkansas	In Arkansas, any member of law enforcement can make a visit to verify the VIN. After that, we apply for a "Lost Title" at the state Title Office. Almost painless and inexpensive. Good luck.
