#23050 05/15/2002 2:54 AM | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 4 Member | | Member Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 4 | I have a 1939 3/4 ton pick up. It has a 3 speed transmission. My truck makes a metal to metal noise in first and second gear, once I get it in 3rd, the noise stops. Is the problem in the transmission, clutch or could it be something else? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
