I also have to add about Jim Carter is that they will sell you a rebuilt windshield regulator for $75 if you have a good core ($75 core charge). I am getting ready to ship mine to them and order one. I am amazed at all the people paying $150-$200 for ones on ebay. It is crazy. They are the cheapest I have seen for rebuilds.
