whoa!!! sittin in the dirt it will need total brake system replacement ... no gas filler and antenna hole in cowl [wrong place] means water inside and at least one cab corner rotten, maybe passenger side front cab mount too .... no air cleaner means engine likely siezed ... looks like ply on top of original bed wood, meaning wood and skid strips are shot, and the cross sills may be corroded, as well as the bedsides at the bottom
my take is it doesn't look real rusty, and seems fairly straight, but I wouldn't give more than 500 for it unless the interior is really good and it's really rust free
