I have a dash gauge cluster for a '64-'66 Chevy truck with a clock in the left window of the cluster. I believe the previous owner told me the clock came from a late 70's Impala. I do not have a photo of the cluster on my photo web host, however I will take a few and post on this topic. The clock looks right at home, since the lettering size, shape and style is very similar to the factory markings on the other gauges.
A clock in this position is an excellent way to finish off the factory dash cluster, coupled with a factory tach in the right window. It beats the pants of off a tach hose clamped to the steering column and a clock stuck to the dash. I will follow with some good pictures of this application.
