I have called and ordered restoration packs a couple of times, sometimes they are nice and give me a couple different years without even an accurate vin#, other time they were real sticklers for the rules. Just keep callin' and play the game till ya get someone on the other end who is laid back, or stupid, whichever comes first grin Remember, GM is a giant corporation with protocols that can never be all encompassing!
