52 Chebby, I just measured the carrier on my 53. I took my measurements on the angled top part of the bed side. I figured if you had any proper dimensions, locate them and then transfer the other holes from the carrier. Start at the front of the angled top and the first hole, to the center, is 5" and the second hole is 10 1/2" from that center, or 15 1/2" from the front. Now, measuring the other direction, from where the bend of the vertical side meets the angle, that dimension is 1 3/4". Clear as mud? If that doesn't make since, reply back and I'll try to clarify.
