I have tried to do this before but lack organizational skills. In fact I think I have some sort of ADD.
I have done spreadsheets with sections such as frame, engine, transmission, body, interior, etc.
However I have also considered a different approach that would entail start to finish components such as tear down, inspection, matrixes for parts comparisons, etc.
Let me know if you have something.
