the later trucks 1.5"wider.use all the steering from the later truck.you will need a kit to mount the steering box.around 65 dollars.you will have to drill two holes for the later idler.just make a template from the donor truck to locate the holes.use the 79 power booster and master cylinder too,it will bolt to where the master cylinder was.
