You will need to remove the core with the motor & fan, then you can remove the fan (easier said then done) by backing out the set screw and tapping off the fan from the motor shaft then remove the two nuts holding the motor to the core and install your new motor, nuts then fan and your ready to put it back in the housing and reinstall in your truck.
