Hey Brian,
The picture taken in '98 was my "new" '49. The burnt one was the old one. All that I was able to salvage from the old one was the bed. Cab, front end sheet metal, frame and running gear were all different. Got lucky cause people started hearing what happened and donated a lot of thier old parts that they had replaced. The only thing that cost anything other than the time to go get it was the cab. Swapped some electric supplies for that.
