Red 58 (bill) Does it go on first then the plastic turn signal assembly -spring -wheel -wheel nut -horn button. what holds the bearing down on the shaft an e clip. I dont think the p.o. put it back together right at all. thier is probably some parts missing. That is why i was looking for a diagram to see if anything was missing.The wiring is messed up when you hit the brake pedal the left turn signal indicator lights up. that is the next obstacle (wiring ) after i get it to steer. eek Thanks Lou.
