baldbaron Member B Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 62 Western Nevada	Hi Folks, The cowl vent on my 41 is stuck. I can't see any reason that it won't pop up, but it won't. I put penetrating oil on the handle and arm joints. Any suggestions? Jeff
