I was able to use old parts to fix my speedometer. However I did learn alot If your speedometer is making noise squealing Pull it out of the dash and put 3-n-one oil in the hole where the cable attaches, then take the cable off the trans and attach it to your drill and back on the speedometer then slowly spin it untill the noise stops,then put it all back together.
