The 14 piece set of stainless steel fender trim pieces were available as the
deluxe equipment Regular Production Option (RPO) on 1/2 ton and 1 ton Panel Trucks. This option included the bright metal reveal moldings around the outside of the rear door windows (these rear-door-window moldings were standard at least some years on Suburbans).
The 14 piece set of stainless steel fender trim was neither a RPO or GM accessory for any other models. However, it would be possible for someone to buy the set as parts and put them on any truck.
A NOS 14-piece set sold a few years ago on eBay for around $1,800 and sets have sold for more than that.
