I'm a Parts Manager in a new car dealership. I usually get the opposite problem-- people who have no idea what they drive. I don't get that. :confused: Guys are getting increasingly worse about their vehicles. I once asked a guy what year & make of vehicle and got "He!! if I know! I bought it from here, don't you guys know or keep a record of it?" :rolleyes:
