atomarc 'Bolter A Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 5,708 Eureka, CA	pushrod, I think GVW is rating of the truck, passengers, and all the cargo it can carry...this is the recommended maximum weight for your truck FULLY LOADED, not empty. Don't carry any fat chicks and your six banger is safe. Stuart
