I also have a 70 equipped same way. You have most everything you'll need on the newer model. You can swap out the entire front end assemble and bolt it on to you 70.
What your short will be a automatic steering column (unless you use floor shifter), motor mounts, possible tranny kick down assembly from the older style, and depending on the application (tranny, and it's taillength) you may or may not need a driveshaft. It's not too bad, just a few tidbits to address, but not to bad a swap.
