This came up at an antique engine site. One mechanic said she freed up a two lunger marine engine by pouring Coca Cola in the spark plug holes. She kept the cylinders full for a week or two by pouring in a little every time she passed by.
Then she put a breaker bar on the crankshaft nut and it broke free.
I think she was Canadian, or maybe from Texas, I'm not sure.
Don't use diet.
