I have done the power steering conversion on two different '66 K10's. You will need the power steering conversion kit that reinforces the frame rail at the power steering gear box mounting location. Additionally, the frame rail must be drilled in two locations in addition to the holes already in the frame rail to accept the manual gear box. I sell a stainless steel conversion kit that I developed after purchasing and installing a few of the kits on the market.

In any event, this is a popular conversion on the '60-'66 Chevy trucks and I highly recommend it. I have purchased a few complete kits on eBay, including the power steering box, power steering pump, hoses, brackets, pulleys and instructions with very good success. Good luck with your conversion.
