WOW! A Canadian built Jimmy! Looking at your pics I thought someone had swapped out the 228 engine for a 216. But it is Canadian, so it probably came from the factory that way. It even has the 30 psi oil pressure guage. I can't tell you exactly what year it is but i can tell you it is between 49 and 53. 47 and 48 trucks had the gas tank mounted under the bed.
