tooomany,, is that an ole' indian name? Your shots look good. I had about decided 4 to 5 inches might be about right. I had built my front mounts of 3X2 channel also. It looks like yours are tapered to fit onto an angled part of the frame ? why is that? Can't see in the pics. Is your cab sitting further foreward or is the cab mounts on the firewall? My S-10 is flat back where my mounts need to be. Glad I didn't make tne mounts permanent yet. Thinking the idea of setting it on the frame on blocks might be the better idea. I suppose the cab will be onn and off several times anyway. What year is "Marge"?
