Ok boys and gals, here is an old twist on this gasket thing. If you can't have the gasket you need and no rtv around but you need to finish the reseal. Use string!!!

just clean you surface install the cover loosely with all the bolts and wrap string around all the bolts between the 2 sealing surfaces 3 full wraps will do. Then tighten them down. Badabing sealed till you can get the right gasket or rtv.
