About 95% of the wood has fallen out. What's left is powdery rotten, but all the strips are in place held by every original nut and bolt. Problem is every nut is rusted for life onto each bolt. I'm looking at this and thinking reciprocating saw or boltcutters? Is there an easier way. I was hoping to salvage the strips.
