Thank you, I was as you are on the vett. Untill I found a website like this one that helped me. The tank is the radiator reservoir. The shield is to cut down on radio noise from the engine. The antenna for the radio is part of the deck lid it is molded into the fiberglass so it cant be grounded and picks up all kinds of noise from the engine.
We run her on aircraft fuel.
Oh did I mention that the numbers match the car build. She is the real deal.
