The only things that I would add would be jumper cables and/or a portable jumper pack/air compressor. Personally I would rather use a portable compressor over fix a flat, but I work in the tire industry so I know what tire mechanics have to go through to repair a tire with that in it. Some states have banned or have environmental fines on disposing of that stuff.
Slime would be the preferred sealer if you have to use any at all, it's not as toxic and does less damage to the inner liner of the tire.
