If you are just going to roll the truck around your shop until you put in the IFS I wouldn't worry about it. If you plan on driving it you must do something about those springs.
You can go to a spring shop and have the main spring replaced and the remainders rearched for 200+ dollars.
You could find a set used on this site or elsewhere. Lots of people are installing IFS and getting rid of their old springs.
I'm sure someone will come up with some other options.
