Ive never seen a vacuum, but I did see a vacuum operated cigarette ashtray in Cars & Parts a few moths ago. It sucked the ashes int a container under the dash. I think it also had a cigarette holer that would deliver a lit(!!!) cigarette when it was opened. May have been an option on Buicks.
