Rusty46 Shop Shark R Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 481 Western Washington	The 39-40 GMC ID tags are not reproduced to my knowledge. The ID tag has model number, serial number and gross weight not to exceed number. Your 1940 1/2 ton long bed model number would be AC102. The model number and seriel number will be stamped on the frame on the passenger side above the front axle.
