If you are trying to keep the cost down get the mounting plate from one of the venders and then look for the rest from a mid 70 Chevy 4wd truck, this keeps the 6 lug rotors and their are lots of them in most wrecking yards. You need to convert to a dual master cylinder for added saftey, in case you loose a wheel cylinder or break a line. You will also need to install a proportioning valve and reResidual valve to keep the pressure within specs between the drum and disk system. I have disk front and drum rear on my 41 and am very happy with the set up.
