the TF wiper has NO wires to the switch, switch is a cable thing that mechanically controls a slider on the motor, and all the electric bits are inside the motor assembly [it's a switch, not a relay] - an original washer setup would be a foot operated vacumm thing
the one wire from the motor goes to a fused power source -

- if you have anything different it's an aftermarket replacement, which
does have an electrical switch on the dash - from Newport Engineering, and the 3 wires from the motor all go to the switch, 4th wire from switch goes to power
