Another leaky Rochester. Haven't seen one that didn't leak for quite a while. Fix is either to replace it with a different make carb (not much to chose from) or to bush the shaft holes, a relatively easy job.
Are you having overheating problems, or was it just that your radiator was too full and blew coolant out the overflow? :confused:
