I have a 47 manual, your SN# shows that it a 1953, Chev, 1/2 ton, 116" wheel base, pickup delivery. My 52 has 1300 on the hood and 1314 on the door also, don't know why, but my father bought my truck new so I know nothing was changed. Hope this helps. There was a question about SN# about a week back, and one of the guy's had a link to a on line SN# page, look it up.
